Dr. Zhong Zhao, MD

I was admitted to TriCity as a cardiac patient and Dr. Zhao was the first and last doctor I saw during my stay. He is the best. A great doctor and kind friend!

When I was in the hospital last year after passing out in my driveway and hitting my head on the concrete while putting the trash out, several doctors aided me in the ER. Dr. Zhao came to my bedside and said that we have to figure out why that happened. He mentioned that it may have been caused from dehydration. So, the next time I was feeling like fainting while putting the trash out, I went inside and drank a full glass of water to hydrate myself. That really helped to prevent me from fainting again! Thanks to Dr. Zhao, I didn't have to make another trip back to the hospital ER! No other doctor guessed that was the cause, but Dr. Zhao. When I got back home, I researched online how older people can get dehydrated more easily than younger people because your body doesn't make you feel thirsty as much as it did when you were young, so you don't know it is happening until it's too late and the feeling of fainting comes on.
