Didn’t get the job done - terrible bed side manner
Not a great experience. Terrible bed side manner, down right rude. And to boot he didn’t completely remove the clump of painful tumors in my arm. Still several there so I continue to feel pain and sensitivity in my right arm which is why I wanted them removed in the first place, but now I have scars on my arm as well. So now I will eventually have to have this procedure done again but not by him. Do not recommend him!

Left elderly patient in the waiting room for sn hour and then in the exam room for another 30 minutes and then told patient he couldn't be seen today. Disrespectful. Oblivious to Covid procedures other than masks.

Dr. Chicarilli does not explain what he's going to do. He has a poor bedside manner. I've never seen him wash his hands, and he doesn't wear gloves when he performs biopsies, removals of scars, etc. in his office. He is in and out and on to the next patient very quickly. His staff is not very professional.

Dr Chicarilli performed my surgery to remove some Melanoma tumors. He and his staff acted with speed and proficiency I have never before witnessed. During my first visit I heard three different individuals on the phone talking about my case with other involved med pros. Before I left the office I had follow-up appointments with Dr. Chicarilli, appointments with Smilow as well as appointments with my own Dr for a pre-op check up. The Dr and his staff were a pleasure!! (Cancer free now!)

Dr. Chicarelli lied to me by telling me he was going to shave down a very small bump I had on one side of my nose. He rebroke my entire nose and I have no bridge left, the tip split so it actually widened it an makes it look like an upturned clown nose with a huge square tip. He kept saying it was going to go down, lies, lies. My nose was straight and beautiful and I was only 21. He RUINED my face. And he ignored all my letters, etc...
