Dr Zena Joseph is the absolute best doctor I've ever had!! She had been and continues to help me through my struggles! She always spends a lot of time with me and is very very knowledgeable! I couldn't ask for more! She is a doctor for life!!!

I needed authorization from Zena Joseph to my insursance to get a bresst pump. I just had a baby a liyyle over a week ago..I am lactating but extremely little..I NEED a pump desprtately. Was told the earliest I can get a telahralth appointment was 2 weeks out and it may take another 14 days to get in the mail. So I have to wait a month for a pump! My insurance called the office for authorization to put it through fast for me. Dr. ZENA JOSEPH TOLD MY INSURANCE NO AND DOES NOT CARE THAT I AM NOT LACTATING AND I NEED TO WAIT AN ENTIRE MONTH FOR A BREAST PUMP. MY NEWBORN HAS JAUNDICE AND A STAFF INFECTION. THE BREAST MILK WILL HELP. SHE DOESN'T CARE! WANTS ME TO WAIT. SHE IS A COMPLETELY NEGLIGENT PERSON AND HAS NO HEART. I AM REPORTING HER. SHE'S A WOMAN, ATLEAST I THOUGHT SHE WOULF UNDERSTAND. WE ARE IN COVID..THE LESS I TAKE ME AND MY SICK NEWBORN THE BETTER..SO I HAVE TO DO A TELEHEALTH!

Dr. J is the most caring doctor I have met. She takes the time to listen and she always puts me back together. I would recommend her to everyone ?. Thank you Dr. J

Dr Joseph is a great doctor. She listens to her patients, she cares and she knows what she's talking about. She use to work for Just kids Family medicine in middle country/yapank. After she left the places has went to crap. They are rude, they take for ever to get results and they refuse to spend more then 5 minutes with you. When you ask where dr Joseph relocated to (that is who my doctor is, on my insurance card) they have major attitudes and refuse to tell you. For anyone looking for her she is now a doctor at Medical 365 in Shirley NY the phone num is 631-772-4646. The staff there is nice and the facility is clean plus there is plenty of parking since it's in the shopping lot where Best Yet grocery store is.

be careful that when you look up this doctors number in middle island, they take appointment in her name and make you see an PA. The nurse and PA at this location are extremely unprofessional and untrained. they don't know how to draw the blood. I went to the location for a blood test on May 21 2020. haven't received any report yet, despite being told at the visit that I'll get the report in 4 days by mail. Now every time I call them they say the report is not ready yet. I am going to find a way to complain against this place.

Dr. Joseph is a fantastic practitioner. She has excellent judgment, and most importantly, she has a heart for the community that she serves. I recommend her with no hesitation.

She is so friendly, an amazing listener & genuinely wanted to help & listen. It's so rare to find good people. Also her staff is incredible, the woman who you speak with before she comes in is also very knowledgeable & thorough. She was also the only doctor/nurse that I haven't felt nervous when taking my blood.
