A lot of Psychiatrists will tune out and not really listen while just going through the motions and trying to get you out of there as fast as possible. Dr. Win is not one of those doctors. He'll actually take the time to properly understand why you're there and will even act more like a counselor at times on top of being a great psychiatrist. He actually cares, which is 90% of what a good Psychiatrist needs. Easily 5 stars.
