Poor communication and long wait for appointments
First I was told the next appointment was over 3 months out. The Dr squeezed me in which was great. But then she didn’t listen to me when I was describing my symptoms. She kept trying to tell me what my symptoms were and that wasn’t correct! Then she scheduled me for several tests without explaining what they were testing for. I researched on my own after reading the prep instructions and opted out because she was testing for known conditions. Why would I do tests to confirm what I already know when the prep is going to make me sick for weeks or be painful. Guess I’m looking for a new dr.

Almost died
I went to her with a perforated colon. She sent me home instructing me to call if I got worse. I called numerous time and she did not return my calls. My daughter finally called and threatened her office. They then referred me to a surgeon. He immediately put me in the hospital and performed surgery. He fave me a 50-50 chance of survival.

Above and beyond
I am having hip surgery and surgeon told me to get my 5 year colonoscopy before procedure. At that late date, I could not find anyone (not even the doctor I have always used) that could get me in before surgery, so my primary doctor explained situation to Dr. Singson, and she graciously squeezed me in. Very personable and professional, as well as her staff, and I am forever grateful to her.

Colonoscopy
Dr. Singson explained everything she was going to do thoroughly. She made me feel very comfortable even after my analysis. I was not frightened by anything even after she told me I had colon cancer. I feel it was her bedside manner that comforted me.

I was very impressed that the Doc. called herself with no "middle man" placing the call for her. She gave me plenty of time to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. More than once she expressed that she was worried about me. She is the best. It's a shame other M.D." do not have her patience nor her bedside manners.

Dr. Singson called early and listened to me. I didn't feel rushed or that she wasn't paying attention. Telehealth is not my preferred method of visits, but it was a good experience and very useful at this time.
