Rude , unprofessional service and carings
Front desk lady is very rude and disrespectful. Complained about her to the doctor. But she didn’t pay attention. In May 2024, I had some abdominal pain , doctor suspected diabetes colitis but when I saw gastroenterologist, he told me how she knows without any test and investigation. However she drawn blood for exam but she didn’t discuss with me what her findings. On the same day she took the opportunity to drawn blood for annual physical though I told her that I’m not fasting for 12 hours for some of the tests that required fasting for annual physical. She suggested me to come another day with fasting for rest of the test, I was surprised and was not feeling comfortable since I could come another day for full annual physical. But she didn’t listen. After I received the test results I called doctor’s office several times to discuss or ask questions about the test results but no one responded. Overall quality of services and carings are very poor and unprofessional..

Horrible doctor.
This doctor has done countless tests on my mother and never lets my mother or me know the results. How can someone be a geriatric doctor and do this to older people. She just does not care.

Dr. Zareen Syed is a brilliant and compassionate doctor who excels at seeing you as an individual - and not just a patient with a collection of symptoms or illnesses. She is the primary care doctor and geriatrics specialist for my husband, who is still running a business and living with some complex health problems. She has gone more than the extra mile in adjusting his medicines and treatment plans, overseeing his care during hospitalizations, and working with his cardiologist to give him the best care possible. She is also my primary care doctor - and she always takes whatever time is necessary to listen and give the best treatment. Her receptionist, her office manager and her medical staff are also so compassionate with patients, family members and caregivers. Dr. Syed excels at the nuances of care. We feel so fortunate that Dr. Syed is our doctor.

My whole family had been seeing Dr. Syed last 5 years. Dr Syed is a blessing in my life. She stood by us during health issues , supporting not only medically , but also emotionally. She heals medically and with so much compassion. Every visit, she greets you as if it was a social visit. She has all the time to listen, even in her busy schedule. Never impatient, always positive, giving hope. She even asks about family members overseas ... well we don't get that from other doctors here.. Dr Syed stands by you in crisis and happiness. I felt she is more concerned about my health than me myself... God Bless her! Her staff is very kind. Even last minute cancellation by me ...still they smile and say, no problem ..!

Terrible Visit. The staff wont even greet you with a simple good morning. The office is dusty and old. The worse part is there was a bottle of Sodium Chloride with an expiration date of 5/2014 on it. Not sure what its used for but why would i want something nearly 5 yrs old used on anyone. The sink in the examination room was filthy! The examination table as well as the radiator was dusty and dirty. With everything filled with dust and dirt I would not want any instrument touching me. Honestly I cant say anything about Dr Syed personal manner or work. But the office is another story!!

Do not risk your life in her hands. Zareen is the most unhygienic doctor I have ever seen. The manager I suppose is related to her and does not understand anything either. Zareen, would prescribe medicines for absolutely nothing and call you for a check up again and again - just making sure that you keep paying her for the visits. The office is absolutely unclean, and I even noticed used band-aids lying on the floor.

Doctor Zareen Syed was extremely professional and very thorough. Her bedside manner was caring and calm. She did a really good job of laying out potential treatment options and took time to explain everything to me and answer questions. I felt like I was valued as a patient. I would highly recommend her.

Actual dangerous treatment. Even though she sounds nice during the five minutes you get to talk to her, she did not explain to me the dangers of switching me between different medications. Cancelled my prescription when I didn't have an appointment for half a year at the office. The wait was horrendous every time. Never calls back. I am seriously outraged and will file a complaint to the medical board.

One of the worst doctors I had to deal with. My father was admitted to the hospital and she was his doctor. Took her from 6 AM to 7 PM for her to approve a cream for my father's itch. I can list several things why I would not recommend her: -She hardly would return phone calls. - never contacted family on her own to discuss my father's health ( my father has dementia) - goes on vacation and does not bother to contact the family. The covering doctor did not even know that he had a UTI...
