Dr. Zara Siddiqui, DO

This Lady follows up. She is really great!

She goes above and beyond and the absolute best pcp. I highly recommend. Can’t not say enough amazing things about her. So blessed to of found her.

Dr. Siddiqui and her staff are always so helpful, understanding and informative. I don't feel rushed at my visits (you know, where they want to get you in & out to get to the next patient) and I always leave with all of my questions answered. Dr. Siddiqui and her staff called me on my birthday - to wish my a happy birthday, and Dr. also used her personal time on a Friday evening -after hours, to contact me about my lab results & tell me she sent my script in the the pharmacy so I could have a comfortable weekend. Empathy and kindness go a long way ! My younger sister will probably switch practices from hearing my experiences, also. Thank you.

I would leave a 0 rating if I could. After waiting in the waiting room for nearly 2 hours past my appointment time I was led to a room where I waited another 45 minutes before the doctor came in. I was prescribed a medication for one of several issues I came to see her about, and sent on my way. When I had an adverse reaction to the medication, I contacted the office right away, several times, leaving messages as I did. Fortunately it wasn't a life threatening reaction and I stopped taking the medication. It wasn't until A MONTH later I was contacted by a staff member at Kershaw to set up a test for Dr. Siddiqui. I refused, saying she was no longer my physician. Wouldn't you know it took less than 20 minutes before her office contacted me wanting to know why I refused the test. When I told them why I refused I was hung up upon. I'm fortunate that the reaction was not life threatening, but I have absolutely no confidence in her as a physician or her staff as caring for their patients.
