Dr Patel seems like an adequate doctor, but it is incredibly difficult working with him and his team. It can take multiple days of calling and waiting on hold just to set up an appointment. When you actually get an appointment, it’s never on time and you end up waiting hours beyond your scheduled appointment time. And after having surgery and being told I would know the results the next day, it took 13 days to find out the results and I didn’t even find out from Dr Patel or his staff! Save yourself the headache and avoid this doctors office. Find someone whose office treats you like a human.

Horrible experience at my appointment today (12/10/20). The staff there show NO respect for patients time and NO minimal control & care during this COVID time. I was scheduled at 12:20 PM. Due COVID we are suppose to arrive early and wait outside until they call you. I arrived 30 mins before, checked in and waited.. and waited. At some point I decided to get into the building to see what happened. I had to wait in a little waiting area packed with people not taking enough distance and staff there was careless of social distance, temperature monitoring or other measures. In total I waited 2 hours to see the doctor and another 40 minutes to get my prescription. In top of that, they did not have my test results even when I personally called prior my appointment and staff confirmed they had the results. The staff there is more concerned about scheduling as many patients as possible instead of being concerned of offering a quality service and SAFE environment.

I was in severe pain for many years due to a hernia mesh surgery Dr Patels advice was a procedure that would remove blood vessels that were causing the pain. I was very skeptical about surgery again,I trusted in his confidence and experience and glad I did. I went from after work every day laying in bed taking narcotic pain medications to being completely pain free , drug free and living a normal life again . In many ways because of his skill and confidence he saved my life

Dr. Patel was very supportive of my situation when the VA failed me. HOWEVER, after he did a biopsy I was told to call the office for a post-op appointment and if I didn't get a call within a week, to call them. Four days later I got a call from a staff member telling me to see an oncologist! I was being told OVER THE PHONE and NOT BY THE DOCTOR, that I had cancer. Very unprofessional.

Worst urology care I’ve ever experienced. Was told to come into my appointment 2 hours early to sign a waiver for my MRI results. 6 hours later he finally enters to tell me they never requested for my MRI results. They then moved me back out to the waiting room after being in the office for more than 6 hours. The staff was very rude about it all. They simply do not care

Office staff does not care to be bothered. On hold for hours and given the run around for a simple prescription refill. I'm on my third day of trying to get this refilled. Multiple disconnections, and the ladies pick up, and put me back on an infinite hold. I'm embarrassed for him.

Terrible, Office treats patients as if there they are to wait on him, always behind and office staff is uncaring. . They canceled my appointment then sent me a letter to tell me i missed an appointment? They are not efficient at record keeping. They sent me out for a blood test then when I am in for a appointment they cant find it? I HAD TO CALL THE LAB. Go somewhere else unless you want to sit a waist your time.

The doctor is nice, but the office staff is slow and rude and have no respect for patients and their families. My father was scheduled for a procedure for over a month; a day before surgery it was canceled due to insufficient office permits. Do not waste your time on this office.

On several occasions I have had to wait over 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor. I have observed other patients leave due to excessive wait times. Appointments are sometimes randomly canceled and reschedule months later. I had a minor procedure done in the office that was supposed to be covered by my insurance. I received a bill more than a year later. The initial amount billed to my insurance was at least 10 times what someone without insurance would pay.

Very poor service. Misdiagnosed and tried to recommend more visits. When confronted with WebMD article of mis-diagnosis, he didn't have an answer. Later he had his office manager state that he can't be my doctor anymore i front of the waiting room patients as I was leaving and tried to shame me... horrible! horrible! doctor.
