Dr. Zaki Lababidi, MD

Labibidi set up a home remote pacemaker device check for me. I have proof of the appt card. Reminded me with a threatening text of a penalty of $100 if I was a no show or cancellation. He was a no show for his own appt. His office closed 2 hrs prior to my appt! Dentist needed a release for teeth cleaning due to blood thinner. Faxed 4 times and they still claim they never received faxes. He ordered blood panel at his office or a lab closer to my home. I called two times to change the location & mailed 2 letters and no response. Took 2 months to make change. I think it is their culture and their policy to gaslight their patients. I already found and visited a new cardiologist. I would not recommend Labibidi or Gilbert Cardiology to anyone. Only likes to run lots of tests, where the real money is.

In have been a patient of Dr. Lababidi several years, always extremely please with professional provider support and service of the office technical and clerical staff. It was recently reinforced when I had what was (to me) an urgent matter. Dr. Lababidi and office communications with the hospital and me, and the interventions with Dr. Albasha, were comforting to my wife and me. My confidence in this practice is just reinforced! As a retired health care executive, I am discerning regarding medical practices and I am delighted to recommend Dr, Lababidi and Dr. Albasha to others (and have done so). We are east coast residents for six months of the year. As we contemplate where our permanent residence will be when we quit traveling back-and-forth, having medical professionals we trust, such as this practice, will weigh heavily in our decision.

No one remembers your name or anything about you. You are a number and will most likely be 1 of 10-15 people waiting in the waiting room. Dr. Lababidi has an assistant that walks with him and he visits with you for maybe 2 minutes. He uses language such as 'my friend' to try and convince you that he cares but he doesn't. Just another pill pusher trying to herd as many people through as possible. The office is clearly only money driven. I was a patient for 5 years, saw him in the hospital in passing and he had no idea who I was.

Explains in layman’s understandable language. Prompt, caring service. Sense of humor, nice personality.

I was very pleased with the staff, service, knowledge, and time taken to answer my questions.

In January I was diagnosed with Pneumonia and heart failure. I waS given me 2-6 weeks to live. We got a second opinion which was Dr Lababidi. He saw the charts, reviewed the situation and said he can save my heart and with God's help he did.

After 2 months I'm no closer to receiving my heart monitor. This office is too busy and disorganized

Dr. Lababidi is very caring, kind, and intelligent!

- Fifteen minute waits to have calls answered (not a one time event) - No easy way to leave a message - No response to emails, web forms or voice mails - When voice mails are acknowledged it can be 96 hours for a response - the message says 48, but even that is excessive - Office staff will only take or cancel appointments; any questions about the appointment, including telemedicine options, are ignored - If you complain you are told that it 'is your choice' to change doctors Switched to Lababidi after meeting him in the hospital. He's no-nonsense with an entourage (think Dr House from TV). Professional and confidence building, but it can be off-putting for some seeking a relationship or the illusion of personal care. But the office staff has only had a few moments of competence over many years. Most of the time it is a struggle if you need anything post in office appointment scheduling. All the issues above are within the past weeks.

Dr. Lababidi was very thorough, asking a lot of questions! My first visit and I immediately knew I was in good hands! He is highly knowledgeable as well as compassionate and caring. I truly felt welcomed by his front staff, and was surprised at how easy they made it for me to schedule all my procedures and follow-ups!

Extremely knowledgeable and throughout! I know I found the BEST doctor ever and I couldn't feel more comfortable! Dr. Zaki listens, does not rush thru my appointments, is very empathetic and genuinely cares! His entire staff mirrors his integrity, kindness, patience and shows so much respect! I landed in a gold mine finding such an extraordinary care team!

Their office says one thing and their third party billing company says something different. There is no one that will look at the problem and get it corrected. Too busy?
