Excellent Primary Care
Dr. Q is very attentive and engaging for every office visit. She listens to all concerns and acts quickly to resolve any issues. She is the primary reason we have not switched from a HMO to a PPO. If you have a change to work with her I highly recommend you do so.

I had to find a replacement primary care doctor as my long time PCP retired. I had two in mine after doing a bit of research. I chose Dr Qayyum first. Dr. Qayyum is professional, through and a good listener. Very pleasant, calm and easy to talk to. I am very happy with my decision so far!!

My granddaughter, a month-old infant, was refused to be seen by a physician due to late arrival by 20 minutes. The reason for the delay was that the infant was hungry and the mother had to feed the baby before the car ride to the physician's office. The staff was extremely rude and did not accommodate a month-old baby for her first monthly doctor visit. They also continued to sneer and laugh at us while we pleaded with them to accept us for our appointment. They showed no sympathy or respect at all. We contacted the patient experience department of Edward -Elmhurst Health and they have also agreed that the office should have accepted my granddaughter in for her appointment.
