Would Not Recommend
This doctor was dismissive of anything I had to say during my first visit, even laughing at me at one point. He ordered an x-ray, and we scheduled a video appointment for a couple weeks later to go over that x-ray. I had the x-ray, but instead of him calling me to go over it, his nurse called me, and advised that the Dr. said I have Stage III Spondylolisthesis, and that it was not operable. They then cancelled the video appointment I had with the doctor. A couple days later, I called back and asked why my condition was inoperable, because the doctor who had originally diagnosed my condition 18 years ago had recommended surgery. I was advised that the doctor was away for a couple of weeks, and that they would ask my question once he got back, and would get back to me with his answer. Today the nurse called me and advised that the doctor wanted me to make another appointment to go over my x-ray. I told her I would not be making another appointment with this doctor.

I would not recommend him to anyone! He took a personal call seconds after entering the room just getting up and leaving, made me feel like I was exaggerating my symptoms and I just need to lose weight. He seemed annoyed every time I asked a question or had a suggestion in addition to him telling me multiple times that he doesn't recommend surgery but if I want he will do surgery on me. I'm not even confident that he reviewed my case properly and will be seeking a second opinion. He was in the room with us 7 minutes, seemed very distracted and could not get out of there fast enough.

Extremely arrogant and rude. Just continually threw my medical problems in my face. The same medical problem over a dozen times about the same issue. I told him we were done here and walked out didn't even bother to check out. If I could leave a negative star review I would.

He is arrogant and very rude. I would not recommend him to anyone that is even slightly overweight. All he does is tell you that you are fat and need to lose weight.

Dr. Chowdhry recently performed a very difficult operation on our daughter. Some said his bedside manner wasn't good but as parents we were more concerned about his skills not beside manner. We found him to be responsive to questions and followed up with us personally in the waiting room unlike some other doctors we noticed. They just phoned. If you want a neurosurgeon that is skilled he's the one.
