Dr. Zachary Washburn, MD

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Washburn, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the moment I stepped into the office, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience comfortable. Dr. Washburn has an incredible bedside manner; he took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my options and what each entailed and when I made the decision he explained the procedure in a way that put me at ease. Throughout my treatment, I felt supported and cared for, which is so important when dealing with something as sensitive as foot surgery. The level of professionalism and expertise displayed was impressive, and I appreciated how he followed up after the procedure to ensure my recovery was on track. If you're looking for a foot surgeon who combines excellent service with genuine compassion, Dr. Washburn is the one to see!

Beware of this podiatrist at UC Health, I visited his practice in April 2024 after being referred by my primary care at UC Health; after seeing Dr. Washburn, he recommended an MRI and emergency surgery. I was seen that day in his office by a resident and Dr. Washburn and they concluded that my left foot was infected possibly to the bone. After I left UC Health podiatry in West Chester I made a few calls to my regular doctor who had been seeing me and debearding my ulcers on my left foot and he concluded that Dr. Washburn might had jump the gun with scheduling that MRI and misdiagnosed me; he should of reach out to my podiatrist or his colleagues and maybe read their notes before making arrangements for any sort of surgery. In my opinion, the doctor at UC health was a bit short with me and a little rude and his bedside manners are for the birds but I will never go back to UC Health again....
