Gaslighting Here
After waiting well over an hour past my appointment, Dr. Steiner proceeded to give me the third degree about my medical condition. He asked if I had the surgery notes from a previous surgery 15 years ago. He pulled out an anatomy book to show me where my tumor was and exclaimed that “these things don’t come back!” “I’ve only done 5 of these surgeries.” He asked, “if someone was pushing me to do this.” He couldn’t be bothered to show me the ultrasound of my medical problem because the machine to view it was out in the hallway. It was disgusting how he “manspread” in his seat to “explain” all of this non knowledge while trying to make me feel like I was crazy for wanting to seek medical help for a tumor that is obviously there. I was put off for 6 months so he can check the archives for my previous surgery! I had to ask the front desk if they needed copies of my insurance cards that they failed to ask for when I checked in. I may have to go elsewhere for my condition!

My Dad nearly died. Dr Steiner needed to decide how best to care for him. This doctor showed wisdom in knowing it would have done more damage to jump in and do surgery. Dad has a long road ahead but if he makes smart choices he will have more years thanks to the team of doctors who looked to Dr Steiner for the ultimate choices in his care.

Dr Steiner is a phenomenal doctor. My husbands surgery was very difficult. Dr Steiner explained everything very well. Even drew me a picture to help us understand. Bedside manner is great. I highly recommend him.
