Changed my mind about Dr. Robertson
My last two visits have totally changed my opinion of Dr. Robertson. At my visit in 2020 I was made to wait in an exam room a very long time. This was during covid and I assumed the wait was related some how. When Dr. Robertson finally came in he was wearing an extreme mask which looked very uncomfortable. He then rushed through the appointment. My last visit on 11/4/22 was worse. I was still made to wait a long time in a closed exam room, despite the fact that I was the only customer due to inclement weather . Dr. Robertson still rushed through he exam. In addition, I noticed that none of the staff that was there before remained. The exam room was staffed by young ladies whom Dr. Robertson seemed more interested in talking to than attending to patients. In addition he was still wearing the mask despite the requirement being lifted. All of this led me to the conclusion that my time was not respected, my business not wanted and Dr Robertson was not there to serve patients.

I went to see Dr. Robertson because I was concerned about my eyes since I was having symptoms of retina detachment. I was first examined by a medical resident and he was quite thorough. Then I was examined by Dr. Robertson and I was very impressed by how he was very patient and very thorough examining my eyes and explaining how he was going to exam them. Very good experience!

He seemed very competent, although he clearly works on his bedside manner, he didn't find it important to explain a painful exam and the value of the exam. Therefore it was hard to tolerate.
