Dr. Zachary Gustin, MD

I found this Dr. to be dismissive and uninterested in helping. He made a diagnosis but didn't provide any information about it or how to manage it, and was not interested in using the imaging options available to him to determine the validity of his diagnosis nor the severity of the injury - leaving the potential to cause permanent damage. He asked some questions but ignored the answers with regard to level of pain and offered no alternatives to address. He was halfway out the door to end the visit so that I had to call after him to even ask a question. I've never received such substandard care from Methodist before.

Not friendly at all, very condescending. Wasn't listening until I told him to listen to me - things got awkward after that and he seemed pouty and like he didn't want to help anymore. He needs to learn how to deal with his desire to constantly talk down to and over the person he's supposed to help. Stay away, he's not good at what he does and he's a jerk on top of that
