Dr. Zachary Botone, MD

Dr. Botone is smart, caring, and thorough. Honestly, I don't know what else he could have done to be better. He took every avenue to find out what was going on, and took the time to explain it to me. He had SO much to say and said it in a way that I could use the information. I'm so glad to know I have a doctor like that to go to!

The best primary care doctor I have ever had. He listens to his patients instead of just talking. Very comfortable manner

Dr. Botone is extremely professional and thoughful. I look forward to my annual wellness exam. He takes the time to investigate and explain his findings with a clear, concise course of action. Additionally his medical staff, Robynn, is always quick to respond to my medical needs either in person or over the phone. Thank you, doctor.

Luckily I only have to visit once a year for my physical but when I am there Doc makes me feel like I am his primary focus for the short time we visit. He ask the right questions and always ask me if I have any concerns.

I occasionally visited his office as a primary care Physician and He is a good Doctor. He cares his patients to make sure that every health issue and concern to be addressed properly.

Zachary Botone MD/ Baylor Scott & White at Riverside Grand PrairieTx has the worst demeanor I've experienced. I asked the nurse for a strep test since I have kidney failure due to strep before and was experiencing those same symptoms. When he came in and he proceeded to tell me that HE would determine IF I got a strep test or not with major attitude . I explained why again and he became extremely rude. He left the office leaving me there so I rescheduled with another Dr. He is a terrible Dr.

I had a stroke and had been experiencing severe panic attacks due to the spasms and cramps after the stroke., I made 2 appts in a week, and was seen by nurse practioner. She prescribed anxiety meds that didnt help at all. I called +to let them know and instead of making an appt or prescribing a different medication, a lady called me and said she could make me an appt with a psychiatrist, per Dr Botones recommendation. Really!!!!!!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Office DOES NOT return phone calls, at all! Let several messages with answering service and office staff. Staff very unprofessional!!! Very bad attitudes! One staff member laughed at my medical condition when I tried to explain why I need Dr. Botone to call me back. Office Manager was just as useless and rude! I'm a nurse and would not recommend if you have options!!

does not listen very forceful about what you may truly not need more concerned about patient average then helpthem blood sugar went up refused to try new treatments changed dr. new med lost 50 lbs he is a quack
