Pre-Op appointment with Stephanie, P.A.
Stephanie was very helpful answering questions Regarding things I was confused about. I did let her know I was disappointed in his “Orthopedic Care Co-ordinator regarding the class I was supposed to attend. I was able to find U-Tube classes from both: St.Davids Surgical Hospital and Texas Orthopedics and watched both of them and Stephanie assured me that I had covered the material I was responsible for.

The Best!!!
Dr. Logan is the best! Professional, personable, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He really cares and he's patient. He makes sure you understand and is great at explaining your condition. Not only do I feel this way, but my 91 year old mother who had knee problems, my daughter who's 45 and who broke her ankle and me. We all saw Dr. Logan over the years and he's still the same, amazing! I recently saw Dr. Logan for shoulder problems I was having. He's honest, forthright and have integrity, something you may not experience often with other health care professionals. Not only is he an exceptional, capable and brilliant doctor, but a great human being. I highly recommend Dr. Zachary Logan!!

Excellent choice
I had two knee replacements done by Dr. Logan over the last year. It was an excellent choice when I decided to seek his services. Dr. Logan took the time to listen to me, Address any questions I had, always communicated in a way that I understood, and never made me feel rushed. He worked with me to create a plan of care, providing me with his expertise, knowledge and skills, but also accommodating my personal needs. I have worked with many surgeons over my career and found him to be one of the very best. He approaches care with you on an individual basis, with humor, grace, and a personal approach that makes you feel heard and cared for. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing their knees, replaced or having him consult for any other reason in his specialty. you’re lucky to have him, and I’m very thankful for both surgeries and the ability to get around and have much less discomfort and enjoy myself. Post surgery care was very good, staff was friendly and demonstrated expertise

Hip replacement
Dr Logan has replaced both hips and I can't say enough about how great he is. He always takes time to explain and answer questions. Couldn't be happier with my new hips and don't worry with rehab. I am 81 and really didn't need it. Just walk.

Wasted two years of my time, NEVER HELPED ME.
Vastly Over rated, wasted two years of my time, NEVER HELPED ME at all. Sent me to a PRE-OP which was done incompetently. When I called LOGAN's office telling them how BAD his chosen agents were & they did NOT call me back, I found his replacement within a couple of hours. I was told a Supervisor would call me back. Did not happen, Finally CALLED THEM INSTEAD, wasted of more days. T.O. Supervisors represent ONLY their doctors, not you. A patient has NO rights with T.O. I was told the PRE-OP exam was at doctors office but NO DOCTOR there, just poorly trained technicians. It took one almost an hour to do an EKG (unNEEDED), which should only take 15 minutes. She did not even let her machine initialize making the EKG, gibberish, along with any subsequent analysis of it. Then that office they told me that I needed a stress test, which requires putting RADIO ACTIVE MATERIAL in me, NOT happening, can cause a heart-attack or DEATH. I found a better person and doctor.

Second Opiniin
I went after having 2 previous right knee replacement surgeries by another surgeon. Dr. Logan listened, and heard my concerns. He informed me of what he could do within the scope of practice depending on what he finds in prior records, even if there is no medical cause for intervention, which I didn't want to hear. He understood that I know something is wrong and agreed to get the puzzle pieces and put it together and go from there. I'm satisfied. He took plenty of time and didn't make me feel rushed. I would recommend. He is polite, respectful, and thorough.

I met Dr. Logan for shoulder pain. He was kind and treated me like a real person as he listened to my concerns. I then got a MRI at Texas Orthopedics in Cedar Park and again was treated very well and supported by all staff. I was able to get the MRI without drugs for anxiety due to the wonderful woman who did the MRI. GREAT EXPERIENCE PLUS GORGEOUS DOCTORS

Excellent Doctor…Listens to YOU!
Dr. Logan is very friendly and approachable. Most importantly, he really listens to his patient. Asks and follows up with appropriate questions to come up with a treatment plan for my “aging” knees. Didn’t want to rush in to major surgery (first knee Dr I went to was too quick to want to cut & suggested both knees be replaced, on visit 1!). I decided to get a 2nd opinion with Dr. Logan, his opinion was the opposite, we could try injections and see how much relief is received. TERRIFIC plan, because over a year later, the quick in-office injections work great! (I get them about every 6 months)I hobbled in & was able to literally walk out more normal than I had walked in a long time leaving the office on the very first visit to him. Yes, they help that fast! Someday, I may need surgery to have one/both knees replaced, but for now the more conservative plan works just fine for me!I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Logan’s expertise, his friendly office staff & techs!
