I have seen Dr Wardak only once and it was a good experience and quick and he made me feel comfortable during the visit and he was quick with the prescription, which was ready by the time I got to the pharmacy. Appreciate his help and I will recommend him for any urgent medical needs that can’t wait for the PCP appointment.

Just met Dr Wardak for a simple infection down there. he was quick, nice, and understanding. I would definitely recommend him for quick workup that you don't want to do with your PCP.

I had seen Dr. Wardak over many years. Would have like to have seen him be a bit more proactive. Last issue was my Foot had Xrays they say not broken. Mind you I could not walk in that foot) I went elsewhere and I had a fractured ankle in 2 places. I was casted immediately. Still recovering. Was told also that he was no longer there. ???

He wouldn’t get back to me when I was having breathing problems (as an asthmatic) after a missed appointment due to power outage at their office. For TWO days. Friday the receptionist finally said “it’s his last day. He is leaving the practice. There will be a new doctor next week.” I ended up at the ER instead. Incredibly unprofessional and unsafe.

I just recently began seeing Dr. Wardak. He has a very calming presence and demonstrates a genuine care and concern. His staff are very likeable as well. There is a lengthy walk from the front door of the building to Dr. Ward's office. I called ahead and asked if they could come and transport me in a wheelchair due to a damaged knee. They responded quickly with a "yes". Their positive attitude and assistance was greatly appreciated.

Dr. Wardak is very nice and we like him. He tends to make conservative decisions and we sometimes wish he could be more aggressive in finding the exact causes of our problems, instead of telling us they are very common and nothing to worry about. We had to specifically ask for specialist referrals in order to get additional help, and often it would require multiple phone calls to get the referral appointment due to repeated problem of faxes not received by the specialist.

Worst experience I have had with a PCP. From the minute he entered the room, he didnt even awknowledge me, then his staff kept coming into the room mid-appointment to ask him schedule questions. Then he forgot to order my bloodwork and write my prescription and I had to sit in the waiting room for another 30 minutes while his staff tried to figure out what my prescription was for. An absolute nightmare.
