She made me feel very uncomfortable and bedside manners are terrible as well. Came in and out my exam room multiple times when she could of had one full conversation and handled the concern right then and there instead of going in and out and treating me like if I was lying or being suspicious. I understand her reasoning for not signing a form that my employer wanted, but don’t drill me about it.
