Never available when you need her.
Every time I need care her office refers me to urgent care, she can never see me. Today was the first time they ever agreed to see me for a need. I show up on time for the appointment and they tell me Nope! Can’t see her! and send me over to urgent care anyway. I’m done. Time for a new doctor.

Compassionate and professional
Dr. Wang has been my internist for several years. In each visit, she explains things clearly and answers my questions. During my last visit, we discussed a condition that I was experiencing. She recommended a course of action that took care of my symptoms in very short order through a simple lifestyle change I hadn't considered. If that hadn't worked, she had also laid out a plan of action involving medication and, as a last resort, surgery. I liked that she started with the simplest, least interventionist solution. In addition to being a good doctor, she's a very nice person who puts me at ease when I am in her office.
