Long Wait Time No Cooperation to share notes
Waited over an hour and a half and then my husband had an hour wait on another day.Despite requesting records by letter and fax by primary, no records have been received.

Dr. Qui and his wonderful staff continue to serve and treat his regularpatients amid the COVID-19 pandemic. As they sacrifice their safety and well-being to care for others well-being in the hospital, I pray that they are provided with the equipment and the personal protective equipment (PPEs) that are essential for the care of their patients. Thank you to Dr. Qui and the nurses for their infinite dedication and extremely difficult work as they tirelessly fight to save lives.

I require a letter from Dr. Qiu to have surgeries. The previous to last appointment I had to wait over an hour and half in the examining room before Dr Qiu came in. He scheduled me for an eco-stress. After getting ready for the eco-stress I waited over two hours for Dr Qiu to show up and when he got there he said he was sorry he forgot about me even though the Technician called him twice. The last appointment I waited almost an hour in the exam room and left as Dr Qiu wasn't even there.
