I had another primary care physician of whom I became disappointed with I knew I had a serious condition and needed immediate help. I waited for over a week to get a chest scan set-up. Then it got to where I couldn't breath. My wife took me to her doctor who immediately got me in for a scan. They took me by ambulance straight to an emergency room because my lungs had been 90% plugged by blood clots. I have changed primary care physicians to Dr. Liu because she literally saved my life.

Dr. Liu is a great physician. She is very attentive to my needs and is not shy when telling you your medical shortcomings. She is very polite and and very prompt with appointments. I referred my cousin to her and she advised him that his situation could be dangerous based on her diagnoses which was contrary to what Urgent Care told him. Fortunately for him he listened and it literally saved his life. He is now getting the treatments he needs to recover. My wife is now a patient of Dr. Yiu.

Due to her negligence...her hardly thoroughly assessing me. I'm finding out that I don't have the ASTHMA OR ALLERGIES SHE DIAGNOSED, I in fsct, have lupus! Due to her negligence, I'm incredibly ill and the last time I was seen by her she had the audacity to say, "you always sick." I guess so Dr. Liu since you've not thoroughly examined me to find the true culprit of my symptoms. Called and asked to be refunded, NEVER received a response from her or her assistant. DISGUSTING!!!
