Be careful from Dr. Youssef Tanagho
BE CARFUL from Dr. Youssef Tanagho, MD, He damaged 3 people that I know them personally at the La Mesa office. He made a bad Urocuff surgery for his patients for prostate urinating problem. This doctor left his parents damaged and was bleeding when urinating. Now, they can not urinate normally. So called Dr. Youssef Tanagho moved to Carny Masa to RUN AWAY from the LA MESA location. DO NOT have him do a UROCUFF surgery for your prostate needs. He will DAMAGED you. Please see his photo posted below.

A one of a kind physician!
I am so appreciative of Dr. Tanagho’s expertise. He has a very sharp mind- truly brilliant. The surgery he did on my prostate was extremely effective. I was equally impressed with his really gentle personality and kind heart. Thank you for everything, Dr. Tanagho!

Highly Impersonal MD
Similar to another Patient I found the Dr to be someone who didn’t listen to anything I said in terms of pain and discomfort and my primary concerns. Avoided a physical exam of areas of problematic body parts. He quickly focused on some in-office procedures which I’m certain he can bill the insurance company for. The MD might be a competent physician but first he needs to listen to his patients!

Do not recommend this urologist
Very bad at communicating with patients, it really seems like he’s just reading off a script. Be aware if you visit this doctor because it seems like he’s careless about his patients.

Horrible
Visited with this Dr today. Second visit. Prostate cancer runs in my family. I’m in my late 50s. This is the second time he refused to run any PSA tests or do an exam. He actually told me I only have to do this 1x a year… even though I’m having discomfort and pain. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UROLOGIST!

I had the Urolift procedure done with Dr. Tanagho. My urinary symptoms have improved a lot. I used to wake up 5 times a night to urinate. After the Urolift I am down to just once per night.
