Well prepared
I went for a consult with dr anid, he was very helpful, understanding, and was able to resolve my questions. Wouldn’t look anywhere else for a better pulmonologist.

Can’t, Staff and office needs extreme makeover.
Everything and everyone needs to be change. Desperately needs an extreme makeover. Phones need to be updated. Dr needs to get someone to answer his calls and take proper messages because the phone system is the worst I’ve ever seen in years. the staff doesn’t answer the phone never returns your calls. You need to have someone from the very top checking everything that we are saying and go through the whole entire office. to verify what we the patients are experiencing no matter how good the doctor is. He is fully responsible for the staff he has under him. I don’t think his office makes a lot of money because if they did, they would fire the whole staff and update the entire office, please, this information that I am writing here really truly needs to be seen and experience in person so you can actually verify all this. The doctor is very good and knowledgeable but due to his staff, I don’t believe he sees as many patience as he should, Dr Youssef Anid is excellent but empty office.

Maria, the Worst office person I ever met. very unprofessional, arrogant & nasty, she should not be dealing with patients, or humans of any kind. They don't answer the phone after 2pm and the voice message says that they're open from 8:30 to 4:30. The message says cannot leave a message then disconnects.Very frustrating just to be able to talk to the front desk.As far as the doctor, only met him twice for under 5 minutes each visit, couldn't understand what he was talking about half the time a he told Maria I needed a script for lab test and she scribbled it on a piece of paper and that was it. The lab where I went laughed that it was a joke and so unprofessional. This place needs a complete makeover to stay in business. If this doctor wants to excel in his practice he should consider getting rid of Maria!

Poor
* 8:15 appt, didn’t see Dr. till 10:45 * Front desk woman was rude, argumentative, would not help to implement Dr.s order in any way or form. She even said things about the Dr. not knowing how things really worked to implement his scripts with supply bizs * Was put in position to find a way to implement Dr.s order with no help or them telling me options. I seldom have been this furious, worried sick over meeting my medical need, and fighting to find a way to get my needs met * As I was leaving, another patient was having so many issues with the front desk, she walked out of her appt. We exited together, sharing info * Once I have my immediate need taken care of, will change doctor

This has been a hard year for us all. My family has dealt with a lot from covid to cancer. I completely forgot to tell Dr Anids office about my insurance and Dr changes. When I called she did say you do know it’s May, and all these changes happened in January , but she was not rude at all . She was very helpful. They are always so busy, I appreciate their understanding.

The office staff never answers the phone. I first seen the doctor back in December 2019 needing a sleep study done and STILL have not heard anything from them regarding my study.

Maria, who works in the office, has a bad attitude. She doesn't know how to process insurance forms. She answer her personal phone while you're waiting. When asking the Dr a question, he's very evasive. He seemed like he was in a hurry to be done with me.

Can't tell how qualified the doctor is because to get a complete diagnosis and treatment plan cannot happen until all the testing is completed. Unfortunately, his office staff has difficulty getting the referral approvals and the appointments made. At a March 8, 2019 appointment, Dr. Anid ordered an overnight sleep study be scheduled. It is now April 18 and no appointment scheduled. I've called numerous times to get the appointment. The first 3 times I called (different days) I got poor exc

We think Dr.Anid is very good. However, his office staff are useless. The office phone is NEVER answered. Messages are not responded to, even if you call several days in a row. Last visit my husband asked for some water; the answer he got was, "we don't have water." Just rude and useless!

I went to Dr. Youssif Anid for the first time last week and was amazed how through he was. I was awed how interested he seemed in helping me with my lung problems. He asked every question imaginable and was extremely professional in the way he conducted himself. I have several more appointments with him for a breathing test, among others. His office staff was equally professional and courteous. I would recommend Dr. Youssif Anid to anyone needing a great pulmonary doctor.

When we first started attending this doctor we had no issues. Now January 2018 both my husband and I had appointments scheduled for early prior to 8am on two different days. When I arrived for mine I was told doctor was approx 45 mins behind unexpected issue. My husband goes and after waiting 45 mins was told doc had an unexpected issue and would need to reschedule after 10am that day or another day. February 1st 7 am apt. Office says your apt is 745 even though card & confirmation call says 7.
