for the last 3 years i have been under doctor Jacobs care , with unstable and severe heart problems he guide me through a very healthy treatment with coordination of my cardiologist, with his guidance i became very stable and healthy again , Dr jacob not just an excellent physician but he is a caring human being that on his presents you feel you are with a trusted friend and more , not to forget about his excellent staff and nurses , thank you Dr jacob , god bless all , amen.

I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr Jacobs for several years. Sadly due to a change in insurance at work I am not able to have Dr. Jacobs at this time. During this time I have had the opportunity to sample other providers and cannot explain what the difference is. I think the one word I would use is SAFE. I always felt SAFE under Dr. Jacobs care & I no longer feel SAFE. Dr. Jacobs is the greatest most caring doctor I have ever had the privilege to know. Love his staff too!

He is not my mother's regular Internist at Gould. Her doctor is out of town and there was a mux up with her medications since she was discharged from Rehab. It was a mess and I questioned an increase in her med. Dr. Jacobs ordered retesting and saw us in his office. He was running late but still did rush and listened to our concerns and reviewed her records. Had a blood test run and we received a call in a couple of hours. Thankful he got us in! Her meds were wrong!

Dr Jacobs will always listen to any concern or question you have regarding a medication or treatment. He is a very proactive physician towards finding what your problem is that's bothering you & referring you to a specialist as needed. He's an excellent , caring physician.
