I saw Dr Whittaker Hilliard Dec 2022 for a pap. She was very thorough and explained things very well. She caught something my previous doctor didn't. I recommended my adult daughters to go see her as well. She is a small practice where she's the sole practitioner so you may have to wait to get your results. But her attentiveness to your situation makes up for it.

I had my two babies with dr YW. She was great both times. Yes, wait time can be long for regular visits but that is because she prioritizes deliveries over regular annual check ups. She does disclose that would only call if anything comes up abnormal.

It has been almost a year since I saw this doctor and I have yet to receive any results on my Pap smear; my PCP has not received any either. The only reason I hadn't done anything about this before is because of other health issues. I cannot rate the staff as she had none, nor is there any way to leave her a message on her office phone (no recording). The office was dark and it was hard to find a place to leave my name on. She did take enough time and answered some of my questions. That's it!

She was great! Found her through my insurance and she was so helpful. Even during labor she came to check on me no matter what time it was. Would personally call me at home to see how things were going. She was such a gentle doctor. Even got along with my husband and rest of family. Awesome doctor!

First and LAST visit. Dr.WH took it upon herself to prescribe a different birth control pill than requested, without my consent or knowledge. Birth control was mono phasic, unlike the triphasic I requested. Also, I had an annual pap smear done. I had to reach out to her a month later, after realizing I never received a call or notice in the mail. She informed me that I had an infection and abnormal test results, A MONTH LATER. Lack of urgency, questionable ethics. I do NOT recommend.
