Patients care is NOT first in this office. Expect to reschedule important tests, procedures, and specialist referral appointments because getting authorizations and referrals for their patients is LAST on their list. Expect to get to know the office manager very well because talking to her is the only way to get anything done. Use caution when scheduling with this doctor.
