The Chinese receptionist is unbearable! Everyone was being so true about her here. She literally was yelling at me because Indidnt hear her clearly and asked her to repeat again. Can’t understand why anyone comes here.

Every time my family visited Dr. Lin, he responded to our need and problem in an effective, helpful and friendly way. We're lucky to have him as our family doctor, who is not only a doctor but also a friend and health mentor.

My whole families did immigration medical exam with Dr. Lin, every time the experience was good until today, I called to make an appointment for my dad's immigration medical exam, the "lady" who picked up the call sounds like really tired and can't catch her breath and RUDE!!! Because Dr lin will always mark the varicella vaccine for us because he knows that all Chinese had it. And I asked the "lady" if Dr. Lin will take care of varicella this time, she said "Of course not, we are not gonna help you save money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MY dad does have his own insurance and we don't care about take an additional blood test to check the varicella antibody. but what is that mean????? of course you are won't help people save money because all you know is money!!! From her attitude, I even doubt if the office has proper infection control. PLEASE do yourself a favor, and help other places for your money and your health...

My wife had an urgent case, so we directly went to Dr. Lin's clinic. The female staff (Mandarin speaking) knew the case and helped arrange a body test for her even she said the schedule is occupied in that afternoon. (So appreciate!) Dr. Lin's diagnosis is very precise based on the test data and explained very clearly. After three days as he said, my wife recovered. As we are new in the Bay area and no any clinic experience here, I and my wife really appreciate their kind treatment.

Dr. Lin is good. But the mandarin speaking receptionist is extremely rude!
