DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
The office staff is rude and think they are God! Specifically Stacy who has been Dr. Wang's appointment maker for the 25 years that I have known Dr. Wang. Dr. Wang is a great doctor, but Stacy has made me decide to no longer be Dr. Wang's patient. Demanding payment on a recent balance to be made before seeing me for an appointment. I was trying to make my wellness appointment one month in advance and tries to set my appointment two months away even though the doctor had availability and asked what my urgency was. Excuse me???? Rude and has no class!!!!!! If there was an option for 1/2 a star I would have given it so.

Amazing Doctor : 5 star
Dr. Wang was my doctor for years in Dallas. I want to tell you ,Texas people , there are FEW doctors out there that measures up to her standards : academically and personal attributes. She is 5 star. I moved out of state and I shake my head most times when l leave a doctor’s appointment . You are abundantly blessed to have her for your internist.

Don't answer their phone, don't return voicemails!
Was referred to Dr. Wang by another Doctor. I called 3 times, no one answers the phone, have to respond to one of the prompts. I left 3 voicemails over a 2 week period with Dr. Wang's assistant, that I was referred to her and wanted to make an appointment. I never received a return call, and then called the main number and left a voicemail on the "sick and need an appointment" prompt and never received a return call. Would not recommend this group, given that's the way they operate. Need to let my other Doctor know not to refer patients to Dr. Wang!

Dr Wang has been my physician since she joined Mike McCollough a number of years ago. She is conservative and thorough. She follows up with feedback on office visits and lab work. She is excellent.

Dr. Wang seemed irritated and put off that I asked her to explain my lab results. My wait times were always long and she didn't go into depth explaining my conditions. Her office manager was rude.
