At first Dr. Xu seemed ok. But over time I realized although Dr. seemed nice, she had no idea what she was doing. She gave contradicting advice one visit to the next. Showed no concern with what turned out to be a major health issue. She repeatedly downplayed my symptoms and refused to order tests, but heavily pushed drugs, which made me sicker. I was going in circles with her so my wife finally insisted I left. New Dr sent me to a specialist, who was VERY unhappy I had not been referred sooner.

Dr. Xu seemed fine at first, but when health issues arose, she proved completely useless. She refused to believe anything was wrong with me, and refused to order needed tests on multiple occasions. She quickly prescribes pills to mask symptoms, but it is nearly impossible to get a referral or test ordered. She is very meek, and her physical exams are a joke. She BARELY touches you, and missed a huge growth in my abdomen that another dr. felt right away. She dismissed all my complaints. Horrible.

Horrible bedside manner - is not interested in getting to the cause of a problem. Just wants to push drugs on you to mask symptoms.

Dr. Xu is very sweet and spends a good amount of time with you when you go to her for a simple physical. But when you have any health issues that another doctor would be concerned about and refer you for tests or to a specialist for, she says, I think that's okay (so reassuring, right?!) and then explains why she wouldn't do anything. She completely dismissed my concerns and sent me on my way. I have since switched to a new doctor.

Awful. She has absolutely no bedside manner. She walked in the exam room, stood as far away as possible and moved the giant computer screen so that it blocked her entire face. She dodged my questions and threw out her medical opinion without taking the time to consider my symptoms or needs. Horrible, horrible care.
