Wait time has significantly improved, it's actually very SHORT. Front desk is always nice, great customer service. I've been going to Dr Oh for many years. My family members also go to him. He listens and is personable. I never feel like I'm being brushed off or my concerns are being ignored. I pay my co-pay to see him, even though I have an option of finding someone in-network and paying $0.
