Telehealth
I have had 3 scheduled televisits and for each visit he was over an hr late each time. The 1st scheduled visit was scheduled for 6 pm and I did not hear from Dr. Negussie til almost 10 pm that night. When asked why he was so late he just brushed it off as if it wasn't a big deal. I had to demand for him to actually listen to me when I described my symptoms because he kept talking over me. If I could give him 0 stars I would. I wouldn't recommend him to treat my worst enemy.

This was my first visit with Dr. Yiheyis. Right from the get go, the front desk receptionist/nurse made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Once in the examining room, my experience with Dr. Yiheyis could be summed up by the phrase " A thorough professional with bedside manner that you only see on TV anymore". He went through EVERY details that brought me there very patiently. He explained steps going forward in clear and detailed manner. His nurse who took culture from me was pleasant, compassionate and capable. The only reason I am not giving Dr. Yiheyis a 10 Star Review is because 5 is the highest available! Someone once mentioned that he is the best Dr. in Silver Spring... I think he is the best ever!

Has terrible bedside manner, rude, and cares so little about his patients. Waited over an hour to be seen, and said nothing of it. I will never come see him again. Be advised- choose another MD
