Dr. Yatin Patel, MD

Excellent and sympathetic doctor! Listens to my concerns, formulates a plan, I never feel rushed or brushed off. Staff is equally friendly, just sometimes difficult to get an appointment, but if you go through your portal, which I love, they can address your issues and get you in quickly or at least order tests the doctor needs from you.

Doctor Patel is leagues ahead of all other gastroenterologists. If you find yourself lucky enough to be his patient, consider yourself blessed and well cared for!

Yatin Patel is hands down, the best gastroenterologist I’ve ever dealt with. Confident and reassuring. I’ve never felt more comfortable in somebody’s care than I have with him and his staff. He even took an after hours call from me on a Sunday morning to make sure that everything was going well after a procedure I had. I recommend him to everyone that has any type of GI issue. So glad I found him.

I went in for a colonoscopy and Dr. Patel was the physician performing the procedure. He was outstanding - excellent communication skills both before and after the procedure. He has a great way of making an uncomfortable situation more comfortable. I definitely would recommend.

He is the BEST in the Valley - no better

He is very informative and listens to concerns you may have. He explains procedures and advice he gives. Very excellent doctor.

Dr Patel combines his extensive medical skills with his great personality and caring attitude to make visiting him more than worthwhile. He figured out an issue for me that no one else could and made my availability to treatment super easy with no red tape. He remembers everything it seems and takes the time to listen. Wish he was a GP! Also, I don't know how he does it but I have never had to wait for him and often he is early yet spends more than adequate time at my appt.

Dr. Patel is knowlegable and he does do his job well but he is a narcissist. When I saw him he started telling me that the other doctor's I see were bad doctors and he was questioning why I needed some tests that the other doctors had ordered. He was a bit of a loud mouth and he was very high on himself. I recommend the work he does, he did competent work but his personality is lacking.

Met Dr Patel last week 4/17. When I went for my consultation. I was so impressed with how he really listened to my story about my symptoms. I did not feel like he had one foot out the door. He got me scheduled for my procedure the next week. Everyone at the clinic were procedures are done were all friendly and professional. He came in to say hello before the procedure. After it was over he came and talked to me about what he saw and did. Very gracious,caring Dr. I highly recommend him.

Why can't this man be a G.P.? He is the most reassuring and caring MD I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Even if he was telling you bad news (which gratefully I did not have to hear) I get the feeling that he would approach it with his usual bright smile and an arsenal of ways to make it better. There are some doctors out there that just seem to go through the motions and don't really care. Dr. Yatin Patel is not one of them (oh and his office staff are pretty amazing as well!)

Dr. Yatin Patel did not show any compassion to the reason regarding my visit and was ineffective in implementing a plan of care. The office staff I did encounter were apathetic to my healthcare needs and I am disappointed in the manner I was spoken to and treated. I would not recommend Dr. Patel to my friends or family requiring help with any gastrointestinal complaints.
