Worst Neurologist in history
I had my first appointment last week. I’ve been calling and calling every single day. Nobody from this office will return my phone calls. I do not recommend this Neurology office and I do not recommend Parrish. I need my anti-epileptic medication’s. Nobody will return my phone call from this office so beware if you have an appointment to see this doctor!!!!!!

Reception staff Treats patients like trash
I've had multiple bad experiences with this place and I would never like to return. The appointment in person was torture and painful. The follow-ups with me trying to do what they said, which was to schedule an MRI, has been a 4 month long nightmare with them. They have such bad attitudes over the phone, if by some miracle you even get them to answer their constantly busy signal phone system. They take forever to do anything. And God forbid you ask them for a prescription for any procedure they are supposed to provide, they will bite your head off.I won't ever go here again and will never recommend this place.Update; willing to give the benefit of the doubt to this place and second chance, I called to attempt to get the care I require by attempting to have them resolve the issue. The receptionist is EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING, HOLIER THAN THOU, ASSUMING SHE'S THE SMARTEST PERSON IN EVERY CONVERSATION, AND SEVERELY DESERVING OF BEING TERMINATED AND FIRED! I hate dealing with them!

An Outstanding Physician
Dr. Zhang takes the time to actually listen to how and what you are feeling in order to make a comprehensive diagnosis. She never rushes you and her follow up care is excellent. There has never been a time when I have called there that the office wasn't 100% responsive.

Dr. ZHANG is always available for Mr. I have even called her when my husband was unexpectedly in the hospital because I was upset. She was able to help me understand some things and calm me down. She always explains things so I understand them Would not change for the world.

Made me lose faith in Medicine
The receptionist is inappropriate & rude. Dr. Zhang is without a doubt aware of complaints of her behavior. They will demand payment, no matter how long you have been a patient. This originally was not a factor. Suddenly, even during emergencies (and when her credit card processor fails to work), the Dr. simply cannot see you. The receptionist even told me to go to the ATM & get cash. As for Dr. Zhang I have to say that she did indeed save my life from withdrawal long ago. Afterwards, I lived a normal life and only saw her sparingly. This changed a few years ago. Suddenly, my medication cant be renewed & now I have to see her every single month. Dr. Zhang seems to forget prescriptions she gives me. Thyroid is bad, take this. I stopped, never brought up again. But she always has something new. Depression pills, take this. I don't she forgets. What's next? So yes, I believe she is a pill pusher & I swear she went from "Generic is the same" to "Generic is a gamble" in the span of a year.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
this is the most unprofessional, unorganized "doctor" i've ever encountered in my life. i've never had a medical practice ask for a deposit on an appointment and then tell proceed to tell me you never received it. she flat out stole $100 from me. do not use this lady, she's rude, doesn't know how to treat her clients and is a liar and a thief.

it's a terrible experience when I called the office today, the staff was so unprofessional and she does not care about patients, all she cares about is the money, money, money. She said I need to pay first before making an appointment, I've never had a similar experience before. I've not had a chance to talk to Dr. Zhang yet, but Dr.Zhang should really consider hiring a more professional staff.

Dr Zhang has been a God send. She may seem brusk at first with a slightly strong accent. She is your best advocate. She focuses on the whole person, not just your diagnosis. She is a wonderful physician and person. Love her.

The woman who answers the phone is extremely ignorant. She hung up on me when I was still talking to her. This woman, identified as "Lillian" (who knows if she's telling the truth about her name) has been giving me the run around with regard to obtaining records for approximately a month. When I called back to tell her she hung up on me she said "Oh my god, you still want to talk!" Then she placed me on another hold. The doctor is not listening to issues and answers phone while with patient

The worst experience I've ever had! Smell was horrifying, the office was an absolute mess, the receptionist was RUDE and the "doctor" was 10x worse! Hypodermic needles/open pill bottles/random medicine strewn across her entire office. When we voiced our distaste, receptionist tells us "well, you don't pay us, your insurance does" & threatened to hold our referral if we did not make a follow up appointment. It was also very obvious she is a drug pusher. Horrific.

I would never recommend this Doctor. I visited her office 9/2/2016 and it looked like an abandoned house that was falling apart, at least 3 foot high grass and overflowing waste baskets, pungent odor & more!!!!! She was rude, disorganized and inattentive. I left after I saw her and would not go back.
