Don’t, just don’t
After this appointment ,for which I have been waiting to be seen for 2 and 1 half hours and counting, I will be finding a new PCM. This is ridiculous. She also strings you along with prescriptions that you have to keep coming to the office to be seen before she will refill….. They lost all of my information in the computer and I had to come to establish as a new patient so I can get a referral for a procedure .That is the only reason I am here and waiting. I need this referral. I am disgusted and angry to be treated like this. So was by the way another patient whom had their prescriptions messed up and came in to rip them a new one. Everyone here could hear what was being said and it was bad. If you want quality care don’t come here. The saga continues… I no sooner left and got a call. I have to schedule another appointment for a yearly physical within a week or I will be dropped as a patient . I’m sure my referral will be held up until I go. So another $35 down the drain.

After 2 yrs of care, during a phone call with her, she said she had no idea who I was. Would hold your medications hostage until you paid for an office visit. Any specialist I saw, that I chose, was degraded by her. Told me none of the emergency room doctors are real after she refused care & sent me to the ER. Tends to never fix you, just refers you to a specialist. Worst was told the numbness I had was arthritis. Turns out to be spine injury. Office staff are amazing.. doctor not so much. You want bedside manners, compassion… do not pick this doctor

I can't say enough good things about Dr Ramalingham. She is kind, trustworthy and she knows her stuff. I love that I can discuss some of the latest advances in medicine with her, and she treats me with respect. She knows the right questions to ask, and she LISTENS to your opinions and concerns. I retired a few years ago and I now live 3 hours away. I gladly drive the distance, because having her as my doctor is worth it!

Dr. Ramalingam is the best. I've never had a Dr. that has taken the time to explain the intricacies of the related medical science like she has. It's nice to be spoken to like an adult. Her diction and command over the English language are excellent. She speaks clearly and it becomes obvious right away; she is very smart. The staff is kind and a pleasure to be around. Any time I've needed coordination between Drs, or special requests, the office has handled it quickly and efficiently.

She is a good doctor who is kind to her patients. She answers questions and provides the information and tools to improve any medical concerns you have. You will not be sent in a lot of unnecessary directions, trying to figure out what is going on. Very clear.

When I first met her I believed she was a good Dr. then as time went on horrible office staff retention always new workers, and then she miss diagnosed me which almost lead to very big problems I won't be going back..... She's gotten very money motivated, will only discuss one thing per visit and that's after waiting over 2 hours, and when you want a script renewal have to make an appointment... all reasons to find care else where...............

Been seeing her over a year and never once has my appointment been even close to the time it was scheduled I've waited almost three hours at some and she only sees you for 5-10 minutes. She will start out great and you think she cares about you but that all changes after about six months. I was told the new policy is only two issues per visit and if I had three or more to make multiple appointments. I was also told patients like me (I took up seven minutes of her time) are why she runs late.

Love the doctor, she is the first one I've had that actually cares about me. Her staff is atrocious, every one she hires is horrible at their job. You also make an appointment for let's say nine am, and you get in to see her at, if you are lucky, 10:30am.
