Dr Maddala is professional and provides quality care. She makes you feel comfortable, explains everything, and is amazing.

I had a great experience. The nurses were very professional and kind. They made me feel comfortable and helped me feel less nervous prior to the procedure. Dr. Maddala was wonderful. She explained everything to me in a way that any lay person can understand, unlike some other doctors who uses medical jargons and expect their patients to know what they are.

I saw Dr Maddala today for a routine colonoscopy. This was my first time visiting her practice and I was extremely impressed with my experience. The person at the front desk (I forgot her name) was very friendly and efficient. Karen, the nurse who accompanied me through all the preparation was personable, professional and proficient. Her demeanor would put anyone at ease. Amber the anesthesiologist was the best ever and I’ve had many (over 15). Besides being excellent at her job, she was funny and I enjoyed joking around with her. Even though I only talked to her for a few minutes, Dr. Maddala was great too. I highly recommend this facility for any digestive health needs.

My visit was very pleasant, friendly, polite and respectful. They showed that there concern about my procedure because I was somewhat nervous. I ask for prayer one of the came back prayed for which cause my anxiety to go away. I thank God for her. Everyone involved from registration to Dr.Maddala express that you were not just a patient, you were important and they were there to take care of you. Shout out Brandy, Catherine, the doctor that put me to sleep in second, Celia for personal taking out time to pray for me. Dr. Yami Mandala is a very poor doctor. She is very dismissive very rude and offers very little treatment plan. She provides poor service on so many levels that she shouldn’t be considered a doctor
