It is very difficult to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Rivera. Although there is follow up of confirmation of an appointment you are fortunate to have, try rescheduling. It is impossible. Dr. Rivera was thorough during my initial examination and in explaining my condition, but follow up is very inconsistent. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful when you can get to them. The manner in which the administration and management of this practice needs improvement.
