Would not recommend
I am 60 years old and have had regular pelvic exams my entire life. My exam with Dr Cao was a nightmare! I have never experienced the pain she caused during my exam. It felt as though she was cutting tissue from my body during the exam. I am a women of color. I don’t know if this is her normal practice, but I will not be returning to her for any procedures and certainly would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Cao has no medical ethics, lack of skills
Stay away from Dr. Shirley Cao and anything that is she is associated with. She will ask you to go thru unnecessary procedures or operations. She is a doctor with poor medical skills and no ethic. They will charge you fees after got paid from insurance. We have experienced and heard tons of horrify experiences about her practice.

Called to make appointment, was put on hold for 30 minutes. After making an appointment a week later at 10am, arrived 9:45am to fill out paperwork but got to see the Dr. at 10:50am. Yes, 10:50am. The postings in the front says if patients are late 10 mins, they charge $10, for 15 mins, $15. If patients miss an appointment, they charge $25. But patients get to wait for free because they're so busy. Amazing staff!!! Very unprofessional, unfriendly, rude, slow, and lazy.
