DO NOT WORK WITH THIS DOCTOR!!!
If you are looking for a psychiatrist, keep looking. DO NOT go to this one. Whenever I go to my appointment I have to wait 2-3 hours before she calls me. She doesn't listen to patients and thinks she's always right. I tell her my plan and what I'm trying to do to help myself and she agrees with my plan. The next appointment she yells at me for do the my plan we both agreed on. Her attitude is also disgusting, she does not care abt the patient or their feelings, she is just there for money. If I could rate a 0 I would.

She has many bad characteristics that make her not entitled of any good reviews. Her prescribing of medication is inappropriate and worsened patient mental condition, as verified by other psychiatrists. During the last session, she seemed annoyed when me showed the worsened condition, and advised me to change to another doctor, indicating that her lack of patience and professionalism does not qualify her to be a licensed psychiatrist.

0 stars if I could. My mom had a video appointment, and this doctor spent about 15 minutes before prescribing medication. What is concerning is that my mom is older and a new patient. How could you not care to delve into why your patient was feeling a certain way or trying to figure out any potential root causes? We called to see why this was the case, and they said it was because she didn't have any more questions. This seems like patient neglect and that the doctor only wants to make money off of seeing as many patients as possible. Doctors who want to get paid more than truly caring for their patients. My mom was referred to this office by someone who had a good experience somehow. I am disappointed and appalled that this happened. Do not go here and find a doctor who actually cares about patients!

She is the worst psychiatrist I have ever seen. Not only did she let patient wait 1-2 hours after the appointment time, she was very arrogant, proud, and lacking empathy. Not only did she not listen to the patient's feelings, but she constantly criticizes the patient's personality and mental state. In the case that her use of medicine made the patient condition worse, she did not know how to improve, but directly asked the patient to change doctor, which is really not worthy of being a psychiatrist.

Horrible doctor, should be ashamed to call herself a psychiatrist. Her license should be revoked, she is solely out to profit from her patients and not to actually help them... no bedside manners whatsoever just a greedy person!

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would choose it. Dr Chen is inept and incapable to providing adequate care for patients. She has no regard for patient quality of life and literally only operates to suck money out of patients. My sister has schizophrenia and frequently hallucinates voices. Dr Chen yelled at my mother to treat my sister like a princess and stop taking care of her. "Treat her like a Princess". Unbelievable. She is an enabler and cares nothing for the patient.
