Dr. Galeano dismisses parents' concerns; we did not feel she listened or cared about what we said. She was very dismissive, as if we were overreacting to the things we wanted our kids to be checked for. She mentioned it was unnecessary and ignored every aspect of our kid's health we wanted to follow up on.

My baby loves her!
We tried two pediatricians before her and ultimately loved her enough to keep seeing her. She's very smart and easy to talk to and voice concerns with. She also takes time to make sure my baby is comfortable with her before examining her!

NEGLIGENCE
All of my high concerns for my newborn were brushed off. I was in and out of this office for over a month straight with ZERO help. I had to take my daughter to an ER where my concerns were later resolved. I will not recommend Dr.Galeano for your childs pediatrician .

WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO
Horrible bedside manner, felt unwelcomed, rude, repeated question after question like If we were being interrogated had to fire her as our pediatrician expected much more from Rush hospital. I will never recommend her to family or friends.

Best pediatrician I’ve ever had for my kids! She is extremely caring, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to provide the best care for our kids. My husband and I have so much respect and confidence in her and her abilities as a doctor. She’s so good that when we had our second child we had to move out of town & even though we’re 45-60 minutes away from Dr. Galeano, we can’t get ourselves to switch doctors to a more closer location. It’s so hard to find a pediatrician with so much patience, kindness & knowledge that her services are worth the drive! Dr. Galeano is a great listener, very kind & attentive! She always finds a way to put us parents at ease when we see & talk to her. Best of all, my kids love her!
