Dr. Xianghui Cao, MD

The office staff do not answer the phones, which is annoying whether I am calling in or in the office listening to it ring constantly, Staff needs to understand that people calling do not see how busy they are- the ladies and their office area seem very unorganized- which could be why I received a blood work order that was for a different patient- glad I caught it before leaving.Dr Cao is quiet and very kind. She is very smart and shows much care to find root cause of problems. I would recommend her - just be patient with the office staff who are friendly but seem overwhelmed.

Visits were incomplete. No Blood pressure taken and not available by phone. Does not write Rxs. Phones ring during office hrs and no pick up.

I had my second visit with Dr. Cao today and it went as well as my first visit. After being referred to Dr. Cao I looked her up on-line and read the reviews. Most of the reviews I read were not favorable. I was initially apprehensive and contacted the primary doctor that had referred me to Dr. Cao. I was unable to speak with him so I decided to go to the appointment and decide for myself if she was indeed the wicked witch of the east. I was pleasantly surprised with her personally and professionally. I do not make my decisions on a product or a service exclusively by reviews. Some folks are difficult to satisfy and have unreasonable exceptions. I found Dr. Cao to be informative and pleasant. She entertained all of my questions with answers. I would highly recommend Dr. Cao.

Normally I do not post reviews but following my husband's appointment with Dr. Cao I felt it was necessary to document our experience during our visit. Our PCP referred my husband to Dr. Cao for an electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) test. It began when I received a phone call from Dr. Cao's office notifying me that my husband had been scheduled for an appointment the following day. This was the first contact we had received from Dr. Cao's office. There was no phone call to discuss a mutually convenient day and time for the appointment. Due to work obligations and the less than 24 hour notice of the appointment my husband called the office and left a voicemail cancelling the appointment. The following day his PCP contacted me to see how the appointment had gone and I explained the situation. I then called Dr. Cao's office and re-scheduled. His office went over the preliminary requirements of no lotion or oils and loose clothing and then told me that beca

Her staff is understanding and kind. I got lost a few times and they were so helpful. Dr.Cao helps in any way that she can and really cares about helping you. Thank you so much! It is nice to feel heard.

I felt like Dr. Cao was really concern for my health and really wanted to find out what was wrong with me. She went over my test and MRI in detail. I would recommend her to all my family and friends. Very professional.

Dr Cao just hands out prescriptions and doesn't take time to care about her patients
