Very professional
Always has a smile on his face when he first walks in. Will answer any questions. Makes sure you are comfortable. Entire staff is the same. Very professional with a good bed side manor.

Great Experience
Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling with Jill was easy. Left a message she called right back and had me scheduled. Day of check in was greeted with a friendly receptionist. Nurses were amazing. Explained everything. I felt informed and supported in all ways. Dr. Guo was reassuring and super friendly (it mattered to me to meet him). Anesthesiologist (Mark?) also super supportive and friendly. I was nervous and out of my comfort zone in all ways but everyone was genuinely kind and caring. It's the little things that are the big things and this office and staff nailed it! Highly recommend.

I really strongly like and trust Dr. Guo. He's very thorough and 'western' in his approach to treatment. (He laughs at me for liking Chinese medicine so much!) Having a good sensed of humor and high intelligence, plus of course, qualifications is vital to me in choosing a doctor.
