Bad customer service
Just phoned to make the appointment and 5 calls nobody picks up the phone and the voice message is full without introduction (make me feel I called the wrong number). Finally, a lady answered the phone and was very rude. I will change the doctor without having a first visit.

Well where to begin: Charges the $25 just to write me a prescription, spend less than 5 minutes with me but charges Blue Shield at $50 per visit, Makes false claims to Blue Shield (I NEVER GOT ANY vaccine shots) and depression check up LMAO... never got one. Wears a baseball hat on backwards and I think he has some mental health issues. Ask for a physical and All I got was a blood pressure taken.... YES really that's all I got for my money folks. I only went here due to them being open on Saturday and how close they are to my home.
