Dr. Woo Paek, MD

We have been going to Dr Paek for many years, but are finding out his office is not good with dealing with health insurance, and really don't care about a child's well being. The issue I had with the office is that my kids ended up having Medi-cal for a while and then got regular insurance that Dr Paek takes, and the office won't see them because they say the Medi-cal is still active. I called and cancelled the Medi-cal, but the office says it's still open in the system. The reason I am so upset and shocked with Dr Paek's office is because I called today to get my 10 year old son a flu shot and they said he can't get it because of this problem that the Medi-cal is still active. Who does that? There is no other place to go right now because all the pharmacies are packed with people getting the vaccine boosters because of Omicron and this office won't give a 10 year old a flu shot because he has 2 insurances?
