Dr. Kind and listens
I went to my first appointment not knowing how it would work out as I read both good and bad reviews about this doctor. The appointment turned out very well. I found Dr. Erlich to be very kind and gentle, a quiet man who takes his time and explains his thinking. He listened to me and answered any questions I had and took his time, never making you feel that he was in a hurry. I'm glad I went to that first appointment and met a good doctor.

Looking forward to in-office visits, but so far, Telamed Virtual Visits are working well.

This provider and office operate as if they are stuck back in the 1980’s. You will never get to speak with the doctor directly unless it is a scheduled office visit. Neither the provider nor staff “WILL” ever return your phone call even if you request a callback. During a recent conversation with the office staff I was informed they are not affiliated with any network hospitals and that they do not have the capabilities to access any portals (i.e. Midstate or Hartford Hospital) to request or review recent medical documents for any care provided for you outside of their own office. When I ask how they would receive pertinent medical documents (exp. hospital discharge) I was told that the facility would have to fax the documents to their office. This office will not pick up the phone and request any medical information (i.e. medical documents or X-rays) outside of their care to be sent to them for review. The expectation is that you do the work for them. It's 2020......

First off, the staff is extremely professional and helpful. Wait time is appropriate. Dr. Erlich takes the time to examine and explain everything so that you understand. He genuinely cares about his patients.

Be forwarned......stay far away from Dr. Ehrich. His practice is all about himself, and not what's best for his patients. He recommends prescription medications as a first resort, and then refuses to renew prescriptions for minor reasons that he doesn't discuss with his patient. He doesn't do followup on ailments that he's aware of, or should be aware of. This is not a physician that you want to deal with in any way.

Terrible experience. I've had a heavy period for three months straight. He prescribes nothing and tells me to lose weight. Went to the obgyn and she orders blood tests and the results come back all messed up. I go back to him and he says yea well I already know all this. I'm very experienced. So if you want a psychic doctor, he's your guy. Never going back. Ever.
