Best Dr. I've ever met!
Dr. Dec is an amazing, talented plastic surgeon. I woke up from my operation with my body in tact, rebuilt, feeling whole after the ravages of cancer was removed. (I am a 3 year breast cancer survivor) Dr. Dec answers all questions and concerns and makes himself readily available. He has a calm demeaner and his kindness puts you at ease immediately.

Excellent Bedside Manor and Talent
This doctor stands above any doctor I have ever seen in my 60+ years of life. His knowledge and skill is remarkable. He’s also really compassionate. I can’t say enough good things about him!

I don’t usually write reviews but realize it’s selfish not to share especially when it comes to finding a surgeon. I can be a tough customer in that I do want the best of the best. I was diagnosed with breast cancer out of the blue three years ago. In my late 40’s. Thank God I am fine. I am very lucky to have found Dr. Dec. I have had three surgeries with him and have gone back to him for other cosmetic stuff as well. Most importantly, he is an amazing surgeon ,meticulous ,perfectionist and every other practictioner I see comments on my scar and what an amazing job he did. As an aside , he has the kindest and gentlest disposition you can imagine. He takes a lot of time to sit with you and explain things and will make you feel like you are his only patient of the day. I feel extremely lucky to have found Dr. Dec!!!

Dr Dec is fantastic!!! I highly recommend him. Such a wonderful bedside manner. Very professional and courteous. After having complications from open heart surgery getting the wound to close Dr Dec to the rescue. So glad he’s my doctor!!

I definitely recommend Dr. Dec for breast reconstruction. He teamed up with my breast surgeon (Dr. Bernik) to perform a lumpectomy with mammoplasty on both breasts. He is a magician. My breasts look so similar in size and contour vs. pre-surgery, despite the amount of tissue removed and my small size (32A). Barely noticeable scar around the areola. Easy recovery. Besides talented, he's so patient and compassionate. He gave me peace of mind when I was evaluating my options for DCIS treatment.
