Dr. Wladimir Gedeon, DDS

This was very bad experience for me by the billing department staff. They refused to explain the details about the difference between the original treatment plan and the final charge and hanged up on you when I talked to them. The procedure was 30mins for removal of wisdom teeth. The surgery went well within 25-30 minutes. I paid $458 surgical fee in front by signing off the treatment plan prior to the surgery. However. 4 months later, I received an additional $549 balance to pay and was told sorry that the original treatment plan was an estimation because it was beyond the insurance max $2000. The fact was they charged $4822 to the insurance ($248 was not shown in the original treatment plan). The insurance approved charge $2796 ($2576+220). They knew it would over $2000 by $796. They knew I should pay at least $796 and should let me know that. They did not tell me that. The treatment plan looks at a reasonable price when you compare it with other dentists. If they told me the price range, I could have done the teeth removal in a new year or separately to minimize my out of pocket. Be careful, there will be additional charge to follow!

Great office staff. Dr. Gedeon, who I have met before, remembered my case and seamlessly discussed the procedure, options, etc. Tooth out. Pain gone. I have no higher praise to give as a physician to another. If he were a chef, Michelin stars!

I have extreme anxiety the doctor and his staff or truly amazing!!! I am going back to them for another procedure. They were so understanding he did such an amazing job. I had very little swelling and pain in my recovery.

Dr. Gedeon is an excellent oral surgeon and his team is great. My son needed to have two wisdom teeth extracted last December, just a few weeks of traveling to study abroad. Even though Dr. Gedeon was very busy, his staff worked with us and informed us of a cancellation, and we were able to schedule the surgery earlier than anticipated. The extraction went very well and my son had a quick and smooth recovery. The instructions given were clear and all our questions were answered satisfactorily. We highly recommend Dr. Gedeon. Also, the cost was reasonable compared to other places we looked into. I would have given CT Dental Implant Center more than 5 stars if I could.

Dr. Gedeon & his staff are wonderful, caring, and outstanding professionals. Out of the 5 oral surgeries I have had in my lifetime, Dr. Gedeon was far and above the other Surgeons. I highly recommend him. So much so that I just recommend him to my daughter that needs her wisdom teeth pulled! You will not be disappointed with your dental needs!

I have had several previous implants but none as well researched and as well explained as was my experience with Dr. Gedeon. Dr Gedeon uses a number of technical steps, including scans and the creation of a “drilling template”, that I haven’t experienced before, all designed to increase the accuracy and the success of the implant. Also confidence building, Dr. Gedeon was happy to take the time to explain each step and its purpose clearly. The practice has a large staff, all highly professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend the practice of Dr. Wladimir Gedeon.

I had to have a tooth removed from under an existing Bridge. Dr. Gedeon did it in about 40 minutes. It was flawless. I have had about 7 or 8 oral surgeries over the years. He is by far the best one. I was a little swollen and had very little pain. This guy is a real pro! Thank you Doctor!

Even though they are a network ins provider be prepared to pay for the FULL amount for implants and wait for a refund. they charge a ridiculous 3% fee just to use your credit card. They received my ins payment and it took me months to get my money back!
