He should not be treating the elderly!!
Not attentive to patient needs and he only wants to bill you for office visits and would rather refer you to the emergency room instead of scheduling an appointment with him...and when you do go to the emergency room he doesn't even follow up then...

Absolutely terrible staff and the doctor defends them, implies there is something wrong with the patient for not wanting to wait hours after their scheduled appointment time. Phone staff had children speaking loudly in the background then became angry bc she didn't know my file. I'd arranged an appointment in August, wasn't seen until Nov and the appt was 3 hours late. The staff also lied and said they tried calling me, with no number on my ID. When i finally spoke to the doctor, after waiting months to refill a necessary prescription, he got an attitude and basically threatened me with nontreatment by stating maybe i should find another doctor since it wasn't a good fit. He basically implied I could either be grateful or leave, without treatment. When I finally received my prescription, it was the wrong percentage. For serious illnesses, this type of treatment could cause death.

The office is very hard to reach. There phones consistently going to an on call service during normal business hours. The office staff does not follow through with requests in a timely manner. I have been calling for three weeks and have not received a response. Poor quality service.
