I started Dr. Constable’s program in June 2020. After trying many different diets and failing, I decided to reach out to a professional. After being evaluated, it was clear to Dr. Constable why I was not having any success. Through her guidance and program, I altered my diet, added exercise and supplements that were right for me. In a short time, I was finally able to see real results. As of this review, I am approaching my 50th pound lost in about four months. Everyone’s results will vary of course but if you follow her plan, make the necessary lifestyle changes, create a rhythm, and stay on track you will be pleasantly surprised by your success. Dr. Constable and her staff are amazing and with me every step of the way.

Starting the Balance Weight Management plan with Dr. Constable was the best decision I've ever made about my weight management issues. I am losing weight, eating the right balance of nutritious foods and I feel more energy than I have had in years. Dr. Constable is knowledgeable, supportive and a great guide in this endeavor.
