Rude and uncaring. How can you practice medicine and be like this?

My appointment lasted 4 minutes, she couldn't help me at all and had zero emotion. I would not recommend.

I had a telehealth visit with Dr Lo-Gomez. She was professional, efficient and helpful. I appreciate her input and clarification.

As I met with her virtually, she had called me from her car. She cut me off a few times during the 8 minute session, proceeded to ignore my described symptoms and advised me I have allergies. Um, I'm coughing up dark green and yellow gunk, I have an infection or bronchitis... Hello? Ultimately, she declined to write me a script for an antibiotic. She did however, perseverate on covid, asked about vaxes, boosters, getting tested, etc... Agenga driven for certain. The only highlight, the visit didn't cost me anything and, I get to leave what appears to be yet another negative review. Keep the reviews coming, she'll be religated to virtual or maybe one day, a file clerk.

Wish I had read these other terrible reviews before my wife setup my online visit with this doctor. As other reviewers stated, I found her to be unfriendly and rude. Had no bedside manner. Worst online doctor experience.

I did a teledoc session with her but I didn't even realize she was the doctor until she prescribed me the antibiotics because she was so mechanical and uncaring. I thought she was just a lady checking my information.

Found her in live health online and she was unbelievably rude and raised her voiced at me while I was telling her my concern!!!

Uncaring, rushed visit and was dismissive of patient concerns. Bedside manner is the worst I have seen in any healthcare professional I've met with. Not worth your money, I'd recommend seeing someone else for your healthcare needs.

Saw her via Teledoc. Wasn't the friendliest person in the world and definitely rushed me as I was explaining. Literally took 3-4 minutes on the video call. Come on, have some bedside manner!

Great visit. She explained everything well and listened to my issues. I will recommend her to the rest my family. I never knew drinking lots of water and adding a little sea salt can make such a difference. Thank you doc. This was a game changer.

This Dr. W. Lo-Gomez was a waste of time, money, rushed, rude, uncaring. She verified I was having excruciating digestive pains & that I had 2 other issues to discuss. I requested a prescription for famotidine to take 30 ct/monthly which works well for me & is safe. She suggested omeprazole instead. I told her that I absolutely do not like it nor its side effects and really want famotidine. She insisted on prescribing it regardless and told me she'll write for both/I reluctantly agreed, yet she slighted me by writing for only10ct of my requested pills & 30ct on unwanted hers/ immediately sent the scripts out to the wrong pharmacy (an infusion only pharmacy that doesn't serve to general public) w/o verifying pharmacy with me & when I told her that wasn't my pharmacy, she refused to correct it, said goodbye quickly (w/o taking questions, left to track down & clean up her mess! When corrected pharmacy rec'd order for only 10 pills, they contacted her to change order to 30ct, she refused.
